About Ridar Systems

Ridar Systems was formed with the idea of providing motorcycle and bicycle riders with a technology to make themselves more visible to cars & trucks in order to reduce collisions which result in both injury and death.

The Founder of the company, being a motorcycle enthusiast, saw a definite need for an additional level of safety for riders based upon his own experiences and the stories of others.

There is currently little in the way of making oneself visible to cars and trucks when sharing the road. Many riders use additional lighting and high-visibility clothing/accessories to make themselves more visible, but these provide only a slight increase in the level of visibility and safety.

Ridar Systems has developed an electronic safety net for riders by notifying nearby drivers with a verbal and audible prompt when there is a motorcycle or bicycle nearby.
